Professional cleaning for driveways, patios, walkways, and commercial properties throughout the GTA

Pressure Washing & Cleaning

Restore your surfaces to like-new condition

Why Pressure Wash?

Over time, outdoor surfaces collect dirt, grime, moss, algae, and other buildup that not only looks bad but can also cause wear and slip hazards. Regular pressure washing maintains the appearance, safety, and lifespan of your concrete, interlock pavers, natural stone, and asphalt driveway.

We use commercial-grade equipment and know how to adjust pressure and technique based on what we're cleaning. Too much pressure on natural stone or older concrete can do real damage. We take the guesswork out of it and get the surface clean without causing any harm.

Our Pressure Washing Process

Professional cleaning with careful attention to detail

Commercial-grade pressure washing process for concrete and interlock surfaces

How Do We Clean Your Surfaces?

We start by inspecting your surfaces to determine the material, overall condition, and any problem areas like deep stains or heavy organic growth. From there, we choose the right pressure settings and cleaning solutions. Stubborn stains, oil spots, or moss buildup are pre-treated with surface-specific cleaners.

Using commercial-grade equipment, we carefully clean the entire area with the proper technique and pressure to avoid damage. We pay close attention to edges, joints, and delicate spots to ensure a thorough, even result. For interlock and pavers, we remove weeds, flush out old joint sand, and can resand and reseal the surface as an optional add-on.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about pressure washing

How often should I pressure wash my driveway or patio?

We recommend pressure washing residential driveways and patios every 1-2 years depending on usage, weather, and tree coverage. Commercial properties with higher traffic may benefit from more frequent cleaning.

Will pressure washing damage my surfaces?

Not when done properly. We adjust pressure levels based on the surface material, using lower pressure for delicate surfaces like natural stone or older concrete and higher pressure for durable materials like newer concrete or asphalt.

What surfaces can you pressure wash?

We professionally clean concrete, asphalt, interlock pavers, and natural stone, removing built-up dirt, stains, moss, and algae from patios, walkways, driveways, and surrounding hardscape areas.

Do you remove oil stains and tire marks?

We use specialized degreasers and proper pressure washing techniques to remove or significantly reduce oil stains, tire marks, rust stains, and discoloration. While some old or deeply set stains may not be completely removable, we achieve the best possible results.

Should I pressure wash before sealing?

Yes, pressure washing is an essential preparation step before any concrete, asphalt, interlock, or natural stone sealing service, removing dirt, grime, oils, and contaminants that would prevent proper sealer adhesion. A clean surface allows the sealer to penetrate correctly and last much longer.
